Our approach to the design focused on creating a harmonious space that reflects the client’s unique style and personality while optimizing the house for functionality and beauty.
The design integrates sleek contemporary furnishings with warm, inviting textures, and every room has been carefully curated to exude sophistication. From the vibrant living room that serves as the heart of the home to the serene, restful bedrooms, every corner of Khokar Palace has been thoughtfully planned to offer a balance between luxurious aesthetics and practical living.

Unique lighting solutions, custom-made furniture, and a well-coordinated color palette have been key elements in transforming the space into a welcoming yet striking residence. The kitchen and dining area reflect a modern twist on traditional elegance, perfect for both family gatherings and intimate dinners. Additionally, special attention was paid to creating an open and airy atmosphere throughout, making Khokar Palace an inviting retreat for its residents.
This project was truly a collaboration between Transeptia and our client, Mrs. Shafi Khokhar, whose vision and trust made it possible to bring Khokar Palace to life.
